No, sorry, we do not.
· I am in the process of creating a website and interested in your Dropshipping services. How can I get access?
Please sign up on the following site https://drop.novaengel.com/ in order to have access to all the information and terms of services.
Once you are registered, you will receive all the documentation of our Dropshipping modality via e-mail from noreply@engelsa.com, including our catalog, so you can check all the brands and products we carry. Please make sure that it won’t stay in your spam folder.
· Does your platform support different systems like Prestashop, Shopify, Woocommerce?
Yes, our platform supports all systems, including Shopify, Prestashop, Woocommerce…, but we don’t provide plugins for the integration. You should get in touch with companies specialized in that.
Yes, we have a nice selection of vegan brands. Once your account is enabled, you will have access to our complete catalogue and can sort the products by tags.
REGISTRATION
· I am having troubles with the registration from my mobile.
Our platform is not designed for mobile devices. The registration and later access must be done in a computer.
· I am having troubles with the registration from my computer after I translated the website to my language.
Our platform supports two languages: Spanish and English. The translation of the website to any other languages generates error. You have to clean cookies or enter from a different browser without translating the site.
· I do not have a VAT number; can I use your Dropshipping services?
Unfortunately, you cannot. It is indispensable to have a valid European VAT number to use our Dropshipping services.
· What is the 500 € deposit for?
The deposit is to ensure the correct functioning and to accelerate the procedure of the orders. They are going to be processed as soon as they enter into our system if there is available amount. You can use this amount for the first orders so it will not be lost.
· Can your catalogue be translated to any language?
No, the catalogue is in Spanish or in English and the name of the products can be in both, depending on how the product is created in our system. If it is a Spanish brand, it won't be translated to English.
· I have registered, but I don’t have access to the platform to place orders. How can I activate the account?
In order to get access to our Dropshipping services, the registration procedure has to be completed, which means that the initial deposit of 500€ has to be paid.
· Shall I sign a contract when I start to use your Dropshipping services?
In order to use our platform and our services you will have to accept the general terms and conditions which can be read on the following website: https://drop.novaengel.com/es/Home/CondicionesGenerales
It will automatically pop up when you enter your account the first time.
ORDERS
· Is there any option to try the platform before placing real orders?
Yes, there is a sandbox option. Once your account is enabled, you will be given access to that space and can run tests.
· Do you offer complete .csv or xlsx product list including descriptions?
Once you activate your account, you will have access to our complete catalogue, which you can download in both formats, with images and item names along with other product data.
· Do you provide product images?
Yes, we do, both via API integration and manually so that you could download them.
· The link of the images has expired. What shall I do?
Due to security reasons, this link expires every 50 minutes. You need to download the images in bulk into your computer according to a selection of your choice.
· Can I have a product feed to upload the data automatically instead of manually?
If you do the integration via API, it can be uploaded automatically. You don’t have to manage the data manually.
· Some items are sold out. How will I know if they are available again?
You can check the “Stock alert” box and you will receive a notification once the product is in stock again.
· Can you list the top seller items?
Once you activate your account, you will have access to these items.
· Do you have eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, we use recycled boxes.
· Will my client know that you are my supplier?
No, the packaging is neutral. No information about your company or about ours appears on the boxes. Only the address of origin is shown in case of incidents (but with no name specification.)
· How can I cancel an order?
Please contact us via dropshipping@novaengel.com indicating the order number.
· Do you provide plug-in for your API?
No, we do not. However, we can send you the contact info of external collaborators that can provide plugin for our Dropshipping services, once your account has been activated.
· Does your API function correctly with websites and marketplaces?
Sure, being an interface, it will work correctly with both types.
· How can I install the plug-in?
The related company of your choice will determine it.
